We are so happy with the service we received from New Windows for America. We had gotten new windows 12 years ago and needed some Warranty items repaired. Sheila at the office and Garrett the service person were both excellent! We would highly recommend them!

Windows America installed new windows with a lifetime warranty throughout my home in 2004. In the years since I’ve called on them twice with a couple of minor issues and, believe it or not, lifetime warranty actually meant lifetime warranty. Most recently a buyer for my home had a concern about a couple of minor issues. I reached out to Sheila for help and Garett responded the next day and resolved the issues in just a few minutes. Can’t ask for more than that. When I look to replace windows at my new place I’ll be giving Windows America a call.

I found this company far exceeded my expectations for window install. They were upfront with their pricing, professional when they visited my house and great at communicating timelines, cost, and details. Jeff was the installer and did a phenomenal job on the install. I was very impressed and my wife was blown away by how the windows looked. They were fast on the install day, great with my dog and cleaned up after. The best possible experience for a not fun thing. Had to replace all my windows, and super glad I went with this company. Excellent customer service and communication, great prices, thorough installers who go above and beyond to do a great job, etc etc. Just really amazing quality work and people.

Extremely impressed with this company. I was referred to them by a neighbor and their quote came in thousands less than any other company for what appears to be very good quality windows and door. They also drove up to the mountains to do the job.
