2026 update - New Windows for America replaced window sash under warranty. Window was installed in 2012 and 14 years after they replaced it without any cost to me. This is what’s called Lifetime Warranty!!!

Great company! I had my windows install back in 2012. About a month ago I noticed one window had moisture inside - New Windows for America replaced it for free because I have lifetime warranty. We recently had New Windows for America install a new window and a sliding glass door with a dog door built right into the glass, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The quality of the products is fantastic, the installation looks beautiful, and everything feels solid and well made. We especially love the sliding glass door. Having the dog door professionally built into the glass is such a great feature and looks so much cleaner and nicer than the other options we considered.

What really impressed us was that when we contacted some of the major window and door companies, they frowned upon the idea of putting a dog door insert directly into the sliding glass door and really didn’t want to work with what we were looking for. New Windows for America listened to us, understood exactly what we wanted, and made it happen. The finished door looks great, works perfectly, and gives our dogs the freedom to come and go without having an awkward add-on panel taking up part of the doorway.

We also love that New Windows for America is a small, local mom-and-pop business right here in Brighton, Colorado. It feels good to support a local business, especially when you receive this kind of personal attention, quality, and service.

The installation was handled professionally, and we really appreciated the attention to detail and the care taken with our home. Everything turned out exactly the way we hoped.

If you’re considering replacing windows or doors, we would absolutely recommend New Windows for America. Great quality, great workmanship, wonderful people, and a company that actually listens to what the customer wants. We would definitely use them again!

Windows for America was a great company to work with. If you haven't experienced a window sales event in your home, get ready - window salesmen are like used car salesmen on steroids. However, from that point on, the company was fantastic. My wife had some anxiety about letting people into our house for two weeks during the installation process, but both installers, Jeff and Aaron, were true craftsmen and gentlemen. They never left an opening unfinished and installed all windows before they went to lunch or even took a break. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves each day. I never found a piece of aluminum or a screw left behind.

We had over 30 Edison windows installed, and they are beautiful. Although there was a miscommunication over some patio windows, Matt and the office staff were able to provide a very fair solution. These guys took great care of our home. I highly recommend New Windows for America.

Additionally, we live on a golf course and lost a casement window during a high school tournament. Within 4 weeks, Sheila ordered the replacement window and Jeremiah had it installed. Thanks for your amazing service
