As a single mom with two daughters, I couldn't afford to replace them all at once. After getting estimates from 3 window companies, along with their sales pitches, I found Windows America, now New Windows America, and scheduled another estimate visit with the owner Clyde. He gave me a no pressure, no sales pitch presentation, and offered more reasonably priced windows. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I chose to work with them, and over several years, all windows were replaced. After 20 years, I had some issues with a couple of the windows and found out they actually do honor their Lifetime Warranty. Garrett, the service person, who came to take care of the issues, was professional, friendly and highly competent. Sheila in the office, was easy and pleasant to work with.
